About Us

Executive Construction Management, LLC (ECM) was founded by Carlos Hernandez, Scott Klempke, Manuel Mojicar, and Kevin Lewis. ECM has an unlimited Nevada License capacity. Executive provides a full complement of services to its Nevada and Arizona clients. Listed below is a range of construction disciplines that we will manage. We are confident that whatever your project and construction management needs are our qualified staff can meet the challenge.

Operations

Carlos Hernandez spearheads the business development and marketing for ECM and is actively working on our expanding list of clients with whom ECM will perform Tenant Improvement and Ground-Up Building work. Carlos brings a strong business perspective with both client and subcontractor relations to the team. He is one of the key employees who will help drive the success of ECM.

Scott Klempke, has been engaged in the construction industry for nearly 25 years, and has been responsible for estimating, project management, project closeout and general project supervision. With emphasis on subcontractor and vendor relationships, scheduling and payment requests, for both public and private enterprises.

Manuel Mojicar is the Senior Project Manager. Duties consist of estimating and project management efforts for negotiated private work. Manuel`s experience ranges from projects such as hotel & casino projects, medical buildings, office complexes and major retail developments (3rd phase Caesars Forum Shops in Las Vegas, NV) as a Senior Project Manager. Manuel brings a very strong record of accomplishment to the company and a wide range of subcontractor and client contacts.

Kevin Lewis has been instrumental in the development of custom design/build for High-End Residential, Retail, and Hospitality. Kevin has also designed and/or worked on construction of Hollywood names such as Ozzy Osborne, Christina Aguilera, Cedric the Entertainer, Marsha Cross, Nia Long, Eddie Murphy, Lezza Gibbons, Gabriel Union, Monique, Smokey Robinson, Anita Pointer, Anthony Anderson , Morris Chestnut and many more. Moreover, Kevin`s work has been featured on MTV`s Cribs, HGTV, and numerous publications featuring his various clients. Kevin is responsible for overall New Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management efforts. Kevin`s attention to design, building quality, and service, has won him a loyal following among clients, high-profile architects and designers.

The ECM concept is to allow the estimator to become the project manager and have full control and responsibility of the project from the beginning of estimating to the completion and turnover to the owner. Manuel and Scott will estimate respective projects based on their area of responsibility and expertise. The entire ECM team will review all jobs before they go out so that every possible evaluation is undertaken. The company is focused on accurate estimating and cost control as the foundation for success.

We work closely with owners, architects and the rest of the planning team well before ground is broken; providing cost analyses, scheduling information, and value engineering services in order that the client can make informed decisions leading to a timely finish of the highest quality and the best value.
